Here’s the updated schedule so far for Stephenie Meyer.  She will be doing a book signing tour for ‘The Host.’  Although the book has been out since 2008, since the movie for it will be released next month, the interest is there for her to come around again, and actors Max Irons and Jake Abel, who play Jared Howe and Ian O’Shea respectively, will be accompanying her.

Here are the known stops for the book signings so far:

Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 3:00 p.m. – Books & Books in Coral Gables, FL

Thursday, Feb. 21 at 3:00 p.m. – Politics & Prose Bookstore in Washington, D.C.

Friday, Feb. 22 at 11:00 a.m. – Free Library of Philadelphia in Philadelphia, PA – Max Irons and Jake Abel will also appear at this signing event.

Monday, Feb. 25 – Vancouver, B.C. (TBD)

Monday, Mar. 4 – Thursday, Mar. 7 – Madrid, London, Paris (TBD)

Monday, Mar. 11 – Anderson’s Bookshop in Naperville, IL

Tuesday, Mar. 12 – Lincoln Park Barnes & Noble in Dallas, TX

Friday, Mar. 15 – The Grove Barnes & Noble in Los Angeles, CA

Rules/Conditions that we have picked up upon reading the fine print:

•  BE THERE EARLY! With these kinds of things they usually overbook because there are generally no-shows. First come equals first served and best seats. And yes I know this means it’s COLD!!! Dress warmly!!!!!!!! There is a possibility that you won’t get in if there are zero no shows.
• There is no photo or video. Generally at these types of things they check bags. Leave this stuff in your car.
• Also they generally make you leave your phones in your car or they provide a station to check them because of the video capability of smart phones.
