Arrow, Season 1, Episode 16 – “Dead to Rights”

Not only do we get more Malcolm (John Barrowman) and Tommy Merlyn (Colin Donnell) screen time in this week’s ‘Arrow’ episode, “Dead to Rights,” but it looks like more than one recurring villain will appear as well, as what’s hinted at in the promo video below.  Looks like this episode is sure to be ranked among the tops of this already high season (at least we hope), especially considering the episode was written by Geoff Johns, DC Comics’ Chief Creative Officer.  No pressure, Geoff.
