I do appreciate the answer that Stephenie Meyer gives regarding people comparing the Twilight Saga to The Host. My concern as a fan of both is that there’s too much hype for the popularity to be the same as with the Twilight movies. I would love for that to happen, but honestly, it’s quite a weight to put on the casts shoulders, which can end up hurting them more than helping them in the end. I would most definitely blame the media this time for such a thing to happen, too.
