When I watched this, I couldn’t help but feel a bit emotional seeing all those movies that were created from YA books.  Regardless of how they did in the box office, I felt a connection with each and every one of the books that were put into screen, and with the music used, “This is War” by 30 Seconds to Mars, it drove it home for me.

On my soapbox, I would say that none of the movies, even the most successful of them, will be as great as the words of the books that filled our imaginations with places, characters, and feels.  They should not be compared, to be frank, as they are two different mediums, so I applaud all those that stepped onto the big screen to show us what they could give.
