Check out the handful of stills below that show the cool-looking cast, including The Avengers‘ actors Clark Gregg as Agent Phil Coulson and Cobie Smulders as Agent Maria Hill.  There’s also Ming-Na Wen as Agent Melinda May proving her fighting skills, and Brett Dalton as Agent Grant Ward, who seems to be a pretty decent sniper.

There’s one image the introduces actor Ron Glass in what looks to be a scientist/tech jacket.  Ron Glass is well known with Whedonites as playing the role of Shepherd Book in the fan-favorite TV series Firefly, which was created and directed by Joss Whedon.

Another recognizable person is J. August Richards, who played Charles Gunn in Whedon’s Angel series.  He also gave Oliver Queen some trouble in an episode of Arrow.

The regular cast also includes Iain De Caestecker as Agent Leo Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge as Agent Jemma Simmons, and Chloe Bennet as Skye.

The first episode is scheduled to air on September 24, 2013 on ABC.
