With a whole new set of characters coming in to stir trouble, or other such things, in The CW’s second season of Arrow, it seems the creators of the show have decided to include villain/scientist Amanda Waller.

We have yet to find out who will be playing Waller, but apparently, her role in the show will have something to do with a plot to kidnap Oliver Queen’s partner-in-crime, John Diggle.

This character was voiced by CCH Pounder in the animated Justice League Unlimited.  In the Superman series Smallville, she was played by Pam Grier, and was also played by Angela Bassett in the movie Green Lantern.
