Warning: Spoilers on the 1st episode of Season 2 of Arrow, City of Heroes.
I pretty much expected us to go back to the island, but we’re kinda going there from a different angle now. And apparently, it won’t be in flashbacks, at least not all the time.
To clear his mind after the death of his best friend and his failure to protect Starling City from the earthquake machine that his mother helped create, Oliver (Stephen Amell) flees to Lian Yu, the island on which he was marooned for five years.
Felicity [Emily Bett Rickards] and Diggle [David Ramsey] skydive out of a plane and arrive on the island, only to have Felicity step on a landmine moments later. Can Diggle or Oliver save Felicity, or was their trip to rescue Oliver all for naught?
Well, it does kind of make sense. Of course, Oliver’s actions again may cause more trouble in Starling City, again with his family and, of course, Laurel.
